* NOTE: All athletes must be cleared in Dragon Fly before participating in Team Practice.
Athletes are required to attend all practices in order to compete. Excessive absences, both excused and unexcused, may result in removal from the team and or exclusion from competition.
Fall Workout Schedule
If you want to be competitive in Track and Field, it is highly recommended that you train in the off season and that you begin your training as soon as possible.
Dates: Begins December 2, 2019
Time: 3:45 pm to 6:00 pm Mon., Tues. Wednesday & Thurs.
Location: AHS Track and/or Weight Room
Wear: Weather appropriate running clothes, warm ups, sneakers, watch, spikes
Bring: Filled water bottle, running shoes (sprinters bring spikes) EVERYDAY!!!
Be: On time! *Prepared* *Positive* *Ready to Work* *Ready to have FUN*
Runners & Jumpers Schedule:
- Includes weightlifting and base running and technique focused workouts.***
