Over the course of 60 minutes, the Clear Cleanse and Balance uses a set of weighted and unweighted tuning forks around and on the body to support relaxation, release tension and bring the whole system back into balance. This session works with the full Solfeggio frequency set to support cleansing, alignment and energetic renewal. Stellar Gateway Session for Soul Retrieval and Energy Release

My sound baths offer a gentle and restorative space to unwind and reconnect. Each session begins with a guided meditation to help you settle into your body and arrive fully in the moment. From there, the soothing tones of gongs, bowls and tuning forks create a calming soundscape that supports deep rest, emotional release and a sense of inner stillness.

Sound baths are held in peaceful locations in and around Devon and Cornwall, chosen for their comfort and atmosphere. After the session, we take time to share light refreshments together, allowing you to ground, reflect and ease back into the day with a sense of calm and connection.
