I was born and raised in Callington, Cornwall, growing up in the quiet shadow of Kit Hill. From as early as I can remember, I felt like a square peg in a round hole. I sensed the world differently, moved through it with a softness and awareness that didn’t quite fit the expectations around me. Cornwall held me, though. Its wild edges, its folklore, its stillness and its spirit shaped who I became.
My spiritual awareness began when I was six years old, the day I saw the presence of my grandfather guiding me. It wasn’t a moment that faded. It opened a doorway. From then on, intuition, spirit and a sense of the unseen became a natural part of my life. That early connection eventually led me to tarot, where I learned to read energy, story and symbolism with clarity and care.
As I grew older, my path took an unexpected turn and I joined the Army. The discipline, structure and intensity of military life were a stark contrast to my inner world, yet they taught me resilience, leadership and how to hold steady in challenging environments. Even then, my spirituality never left me. It simply rested, waiting for the right time to rise again.
Later in life, I stepped into performance and expression through drag. Drag became a space of liberation, creativity and self‑discovery. It allowed me to explore identity, embodiment and confidence in ways that traditional life never had. It reconnected me with the vibrant, intuitive parts of myself that had always been there.
All of these threads eventually wove together into my work as a sound therapist. Trained to both practitioner and advanced practitioner levels
A significant part of my journey has been my training with Debbi Walker at Suara Sound Academy. Training with Debbi deepened my understanding of sound as a gentle yet powerful tool for healing. Her teachings helped me develop skills with tuning forks, develop a clearer connection to intention and vibration, and learn how to hold space with integrity and compassion. My time with Suara Sound Academy strengthened not only my practice but also my confidence in the work I was meant to do.
I now offer sound baths, tuning‑fork therapy and gentle, restorative practices that help people settle, release and reconnect with themselves. My sessions are shaped by everything I’ve lived: the sensitivity of childhood, the discipline of service, the expression of performance and the quiet guidance of spirit.
Today, I hold space with warmth, groundedness and deep respect for the people who come to me. My work is not just therapeutic. It is personal, intuitive and rooted in a lifetime of learning how to be fully, authentically myself.
