Elysia moved for the conference to be in person only, Courtney Seconded- Vote 4:1 in the affirmative
Elysia moved to get muffins and fruit, Courtney seconded- approved for the chapter to pay for breakfast 5:0
Fees: Michelle proposed $25 for ALCA Chapter 1 members $75.00 General Admission, then Late registration (after March 7th) $40 ALCA Chapter Members $100 General Admission - Elysia Moved, Courtney Seconded, Approved 5:0
Newsletter: March 15th next edition/issue
Community resources page was discussed by Elysia. Suggested adding support group information. Also discussed appointed positions- Will list in the newsletter to provide members

President's report: ALCA president’s meeting went well. Dr. Moore informed of openings for appointed positions. SB101 has been filed (age of Consent for medical).
New Business:
Summer Event: breakfast will be sponsored by Big Bad Breakfast in Florence
Presented option to have an ALCA Chapter 1 table at Chi Sigma Iota Spring Workshop March 15th. Elysia moved , Laura Seconded. Approved 5:0 in the affirmative.
