Time To Stop Speaking

Time To Stop Speaking - My cousin Ron Long has attempted to play guitar for a while now, but his hands just don't cooperate with his brain. Anyway, we were hanging together in Northern California, and I asked if he could write a song, what would be the subject.  He responded with "I need to stop speakin' when I've been drinking".  What a great title and subject matter for a song.  My buddy Nick Garcia orchestrates the many guitar parts on this song. This is the only song on the album to have an electric guitar.  My fifth album, Red Rooster Bar, showcases Nick on many of its recordings.
