General Air Freight

General air freight is ideal for customers who don’t have time-sensitive shipments and can wait for available space, with a maximum weight of 300lbs. Shipments are targeted to arrive within 72 hours of acceptance, and goods are available for pickup within four hours of flight arrival on freighter flights. General freight must be accepted at the cargo facility at least four hours prior for dangerous goods shipments or cargo flying on freighter aircraft.

Priority Air Freight

Priority air freight is ideal for time-sensitive shipments that need next-day or overnight flight service. Priority service guarantees your shipments arrive at your destination by a specific time, offering priority services for a variety of goods. Maximum weight 300lbs. Shipments will arrive at their destination within 12-48 hours, depending on origin and destination, and may be picked up at the destination airport two hours after flight arrival, guaranteed. Dangerous goods and shipments traveling on freighter aircraft must be accepted at least four hours prior to scheduled aircraft departure. Priority shipments are guaranteed to arrive at their destination and be available for pickup within six hours of the booked arrival time. If we fail to deliver, the Priority service charge may be refunded up to the General shipment rate.

Goldstreak Air Freight

GoldStreak is our next available flight service for items that needs to be there -- guaranteed. If you’re shipping crucial documents, medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, critical replacement parts or other time-sensitive items, GoldStreak provides fast and simple express delivery for shipments. Shipments must be processed at our facility 60 minutes before departure and may be picked up at the destination airport 60 minutes after flight arrival. If your cargo is not available for pickup within two hours of flight arrival time, the service charge may be refunded up to 50%.*

Our Pet Connect animal travel service provides quality care when transporting your live animals such as dogs, cats, birds and other animals and are committed to the proper care of your animal while in transit because we understand pets are a part of the family. Our staff cares about your animal's well-being and are committed to providing a safe and comfortable journey from start to finish. Follow our step-by-step guide through the process of transporting your pet. We provide details on each step in getting your pet safely to their destination, with reservations up to 24 hours, maximum 30 days before travel. All warm-blooded animals traveling as cargo must have a certificate issued by a licensed veterinarian that certifies the animal: 1. Was inspected no more than 10 days prior to travel. 2. Appears healthy for travel and free of infectious, contagious and/or communicable disease. ​3. Rabies Certificate 4. A rabies vaccination certificate is required for transport between the Lower 48 states to/from Alaska, as well as within the state of Alaska. A combined health/rabies certificate is acceptable. Dogs or cats less than three months old do not require a rabies certificate. 5. Certificate of Acclimation

We allow pets to travel when the weather at both the departure and arrival city is between 45 and 85 degrees (Fahrenheit). We can make exceptions for greater temperature variances if your pet has a certificate of acclimation from your vet specifying temperatures to which your animal is accustomed.
