Inspired by a clone of the classic session IPA from Beavertown Brewery, Neck Oil. This easy drinking hop forward pale ale will be sure to hit the spot. All all grain kit featuring a classic selection of hops from the USA including Simcoe, Centennial, Amarillo, Mosaic & Columbus. You can expect a beer full of citrusy, hoppy, slightly piney character that’s easy to drink and will hit the spot all day long!

Dry Hop

54g Mosaic @ 3 days
54g Amarillo @ 3 days
Diacetyl rest
At the end of fermentation for, taste test during this time to be sure none is left before packaging your beer.
Temp 21c -2-3 days
Cold Crash
Due to this beer using a reasonable size dry hop it will be useful to cold crash after fermentation and your diac rest has been completed.
Temp 3c - 4 to 5 days
