Annual Picnic and Business Meeting

The 2024 Annual Picnic and Business Meeting is scheduled for Sunday, September 22nd from 11-2 at the Addenbrooke playground shelters. The business meeting will be held at noon.

This is a potluck, so please bring your favorite side or dessert to share!

About Us

Alameda Homes Community Association  (formerly known as Alameda Homes Home Owners Association) is a voluntary, non-covenant community group. Our goal is to protect the zoning of the property on Alameda and Kipling to ensure it meets the needs of the neighborhood. We also want to do our part in helping to foster a community of neighbors and friends! 

Dues are $20 annually per household, typically paid at the annual Fall business meeting but can be paid any time. Dues are used to fund and coordinate efforts to protect zoning, conduct business meetings, and host community events.

We also connect neighbors through the annual garage sale, email and google group communications, social media publications, and the annual picnic. If you have ideas for community connections, let us know by emailing us.
