PTO Committees

Beyond general participation in the PTO, we also invite interested members to join our committees for more specialized opportunities to volunteer.
If you are interested in working with us on any of the following committees, please complete the PTO Interest Survey here: https://forms.gle/f8azNzrfnwkQp69H8

Book Fair: Setting up book fair displays on the Saturday before opening the fair, packing up leftover book fair items at the conclusion of the fair, assisting students with purchases and restocking the fair during school hours or at our after-school events.

Spring Book Fair--April 8-12

Community Coordination: Reaching out to businesses for donations, sponsorships, and fundraising, pick up and delivery of items to the school, gathering cost estimates for products and services, and communication with groups who provide educational programming for interactive presentations, demonstrations, and workshops.

Events: Planning and implementation of student and school community events. Designing theming and activity ideas, obtaining supplies, decorations, refreshments, and vendors, as well as day-of tasks such as set up and tear down, directing attendees, managing stations, and serving refreshments.

New events will require administrative approval and a committed volunteer base prior to scheduling.

Hospitality: Organization, serving, and clean up of staff luncheons, brainstorming and execution of appreciation events and gifts, and collecting donations for Hospitality experiences.

Supply Drives: Collection of supplemental hygiene/pantry/school supplies during specific drive dates throughout the year, developing theming and ideas to increase participation, reception and organization of donated drive items.

Variety of items to be collected will be based on faculty and staff feedback.
