This paper proposes a cross-layer design combining PHY and MAC layers to improve the reliability and efficiency of vehicular communications. The approach achieves significant gains in link stability and throughput. Simulation results demonstrate clear advantages over conventional schemes, making it highly relevant for next-generation intelligent transportation systems.
