Project Results
The most valuable result that was achieved by the project implementation is with no doubts the established foundation for further collaboration on exploring and advancing of fundamental structures and discrete mathematics methods (algebra, logic and graph theory) for solving problems of application of artificial intelligence in image processing. The more specific (and tangible) outcomes are the following:
a research article presented at ISMVL2022 and published in the symposium proceedings (10.1109/ISMVL52857.2022.00024);
a research article published in the journal ACM Transactions of Computational Logic (https://doi.org/10.1145/3568422);
a project proposal submitted to “PRIZMA” call of the Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia (with Nataša Sladoje as external collaborator from diaspora);
a project proposal submitted to Swedish Research Council, on the topic closely related to ALADDIN (approved for funding 2023-2026);
a project proposal submitted to Cancerfonden (Sweden) on the topic closely related to ALADDIN (approved for funding 2023-2025);
during the meeting at Uppsala University, Ivan Prokić gave a scientific lecture, with the title “Theoretical Foundations for Correct Formation of Distributed Clouds”;
during the meeting at Uppsala University, Jovana Dedeić gave a scientific lecture, with the title “Formal Techniques for Modeling and Analysis of Software Systems for Transactions and Dynamic Update”;
Ivan Prokić and Jovana Dedeić gave lectures at the Congress of Young Mathematicians (https://sites.google.com/view/kmmns2/početna) where they promoted the ALADDIN project;
during the visits, ALADDIN team promoted the project at the research meetings at the Centre for Image Analysis, Uppsala University.
