Rule Changes/Additions for 2024-2025 SeasonPlease list in detail the rule changes/additions you are proposing. This form will close the Saturday before finals.

Banners Please list all of the banners that you haul to the rodeos this year. We are compiling one updated list to be able to pass on to next year's officers/directors. If you have more banners than spaces, please complete a second form. If there should be a flag with the banner please put that in parenthesis beside the name of the banner. This gives our announcer a comprehensive list for finals and it also builds our list for next rodeo season. If you don't put them banner down on this list they won't be announced at finals!!! Thanks!

Food for Concession StandWe have one last fund raiser before we close out the year and what a fund raiser it will be!!! The Chandlers have once again agreed to oversee the concession stand Thursday for lunch and afternoon, Friday for breakfast and lunch and afternoon and Saturday for lunch. But we need all of you to make it happen!

24-25 AJRA Officers and Directors Nomination FormPlease complete the sections that you are nominating an individual for. Please make sure that person is aware of your nomination. Nominations close by the end of the first round at finals.

These are the day sheets for finals. Saturday's, of course, can not be created until after Friday's rodeo.

Below is everyone's total for finals. If you are using Venmo, please put your child's name in the notes as well as "finals payment". If you use Venmo for their Childersburg fees as well, PLEASE SEND AS SEPERATE TRANSACTIONS. It helps us on our send so much to do this. If you are paying at Childersburg for finals, you can pay cash or with a check.

Other finals info: We do not pay back at finals. All fees collected for finals goes toward paying for the facility and year end prizes. In order to compete at finals your child must have competed in at least 1/2 of the rodeos for the year in the event they choose to compete in at finals. For the Rookie All Around, your child must be competing in more than one event at finals.

A more detailed schedule will be sent out soon but the overall schedule is:

Wednesday - Queen and Princess Competition

Thursday - Check in and Mandatory meeting 9 AM - FULL WESTERN ATTIRE- Rodeo at 10 - 8th grade dinner after round 1 - please pay for your guests at rodeo check in.

Friday - Rodeo at 10 - General membership meeting and General Membership Awards Presentation - FULL WESTERN ATTIRE - Announce top 10 in each event and draw for positions in barrels and poles (your child must have points and be in the top 10 in that event to compete on Saturday).

Saturday - Short go at 10 - Awards presentation about 2 hours after conclusion of rodeo - FULL WESTERN ATTIRE

POINTS ARE DOUBLED AT FINALS - ONLY THE TOP 10 IN EACH EVENT GO TO THE SHORT GO. AFTER THE SHORT GO, AVERAGE POINTS WILL THEN BE APPLIED.

Any questions about finals, please ask ahead of time. Stalls and RV hookups are assigned and posted here. DO NOT CHANGE STALLS. If you want to move RV hook-ups - that is not a problem as long as you do not take up someone else's place. There is plenty of room at Andalusia to spread out.
