The Mission

The Al Martinez Legacy Fund was created to honor the life and legacy of Al Martinez, a passionate advocate for youth, agriculture, and the National FFA Organization (FFA) program. This fund exists to support and empower the next generation of leaders by providing scholarships to students involved in National FFA Organization (FFA).

Through donations, fundraising events, and merchandise sales, we aim to continue Al’s vision of investing in young people who share his love for agriculture, leadership, and service. Each scholarship applicant is invited to reflect on the question, “What legacy do you hope to leave behind?”: a prompt inspired by Al’s own desire to leave a meaningful mark on the world.

Our mission is simple: to grow futures, honor a legacy, and give FFA students the support they need to chase their dreams and create their own legacy.
