Philosophy

Our philosophy is framed under the standards of knowledge and knowledge that are recorded in the educational system of the state of Massachusetts and all those that globally present access to meaningful learning, taking into account the child from birth to preschool age as part of system policy and our program.

Help the community faithfully, considering our service as a great contribution to families, which are valued by the need to continue, to obtain economic resources, to see advance and progress as a family in society, taking them to daily work, both parents and the mothers, knowing that they want to maintain their pace of work without any of their members being affected, especially their sons and daughters.

Mission

Provide a safe, healthy, enriching, and stimulating learning environment. Providing parents of these children the opportunity to seek or continue gainful employment, attend school, or receive training to resolve a family crisis or stressful situation.

Vision

Promote the development and individuality of each child by providing a variety of activities. Targeting the age and developmental level of the child and implementing strategies and techniques supported by developmentally appropriate practices into their curriculum.

Our Staff

Your child will be under the expert care of our trained, licensed and/or certified staff members who share the same love and commitment that the founders do.

Anyone caring for your child will exude the same excitement for learning through play whenever possible and will work to develop physical, cognitive, social and emotional achievements as they advance in life.

All of our child care workers have received Infant and Toddler Care Requirement, Shaken Baby Syndrome, SIDS Training and CPR/First Aid training.

Policies

At A&L Love Daycare we are committed to providing children with exceptional early childhood and care services. Please take time to read our policies.

Medical Concerns

There must be a medical history form completed by a licensed physician for each child registered. As per EEC regulations, we require all children to have the standard immunizations with an authorized record before admission.

Weather Emergencies

There may be occasions where the daycare must close due to inclement weather. Closings will be announced on our website, social media (Facebook and Instagram), and email.

Safety

For the safety of children and staff, exterior doors will remain locked at all times. Please ring the doorbell and a staff member will help you. Our staff may request a photo ID of anyone who is a new person authorized to pick up at any time.
