The Akwa Ibom Pig Farmers Association (APFA), registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria under registration number 7951116, is a non-profit organization established in 2024 to promote and support pig farming in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.

Advocate for Members' Interests: Represent and protect the rights of Akwa Ibom pig farmers at the local, state, and national levels, ensuring fair policies and support for the swine industry.
Facilitate Market Access: Create and expand market opportunities for members by establishing networks and partnerships, within and beyond Akwa Ibom State.
Provide Education and Training: Offer regular workshops, training programs, and informational resources to members to enhance their skills and knowledge in pig farming.
Promote Cooperative Buying and Selling: Encourage collective purchasing of inputs and cooperative marketing of products to reduce costs and increase profitability for members.
