Akhil B Krishna
I received Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from TKM College of Engineering, India in 2014. Thereafter, I joined the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur from where I obtained my M.Tech. degree in Aerospace Engineering in 2016. Then I worked as a Project Engineer in the Department of Aerospace Engineering, IIT Kanpur from 2016 to 2018. I joined the same department as a PhD candidate in 2018 and currently, I am working as a Research Associate.Â

Discrete-time optimal control for systems evolving on matrix Lie groups.
Tracking control on Lie groups and its application to autonomous vehicles.
Geometric optimal attitude control of aerospace vehicles.
Sliding mode control and its application to geometric control of autonomous vehicles.
