Delete Account

As Akcess(KwaZulu-Natal) we would like to thank you for the memories we have shared. 

Bellow are steps to delete your account:

1. Fill in this form, with information that was used when Akcess(KwaZulu-Natal) was created.

2. Ensure all required fields are filled in.

Process of account deletion/removal :

1. Akcess team will get the request of account to be deleted ,after bellow form is submitted.

2. According to the information submitted, we will delete the account and send send confirmation that account is deleted.

3. If information that is submitted does not match to any account in our database, we will contact you to ensure we finalize your account deletion request.

Note: When your account is deleted all information related to your account will be erased.
