Communication is great, the designs are great! Awesome at directions. Nice, patient, respectable, considerate, and efficient what more could improve. I loveeeee my design! Communication was PERFECT! I forgot the pickup day and it was simply & respectfully rescheduled with no issues. He kept me updated on time shipments and design choices. Showed me the shoe prior to showing social media. Very convenient pickup/dropoff.
