If you need your order by a CERTAIN DATE, PLEASE ORDER 3-4 WEEKS in Advance to make sure you receive it early and on time.

Please understand that we receive a lot of orders so please be patient. Best believe we want you to have your custom shoes just as much as you. Thank You!

For rush orders there will be a surcharge fee!

Yes, I do. Be mindful price may vary depending on the type of shoe. If you're local (Detroit) you can provide your own shoe. We can discuss drop off details.

Yes! I can customize any shoe with a flat and leather surface. 

Shipping can take up to 1-2 weeks depending on location. Sooner if you choose expedited shipping.

Once your order is placed you are set!

If you decide to change your mind before I get to your shoes, you will get a partial refund. 

Full Refund may be considered if the product is damaged during transit or you receive product and it has noticeable defects.

No returns. Once you receive the shoes, they are yours. You will not get a refund if you send them back.
