Reflective practices enables each students or professionals to process and make meaning of all the great and not so great learning and working experiences we have had and I think everyone gain something through the reflective phase.

Firstly, what the most obvious thing I have discovered was the advantage of group activities despite every individual is good at doing certain things on their own pace. I learned that good teamwork is the key to success in Media industry. As everyone had their own point of view, many different ideas could be produced and I found the energy of group participation made me feel more energetic about contributing something.

Secondly, I learnt something surprising for me was even when the simplest ideas could be turned in to something amazing if we put enough creativity and effort in to working on them. I learnt that every activities has its weaknesses and strengths but working with a group can easily discover what they are and each of us contributed our strengths involving everyone in the group and the outcome was cool and we had great energy working together in a group. I have thoroughly enjoyed the Lab, the group activities from the discussion to the final material and it was an amazing experience, could learn from others experiences and what it contributed to me was, made me more confident, more energetic and I realized working in a group can end up with a great outcome in a a very short of time.
