The examples of work which inspired me most are the ones with real cutting technology, the camera and sound techniques, the movie " pursuit of happyness " captures my eyes as the technology is amazingly used and the story goes in to the audience, the normal public with real life scenarios  and for people who is more advanced with technology it gives them the feel of how brilliantly each shot is captured, blended well with the music, the lights used,  the sound techniques used . The lighting and the colour used sets the feel and mood and the camera shots and camera angles helps the Audience to focus on important details as well it complement the content of the Film.

 In this film there was a variety of lighting used. Besides natural lighting, which was incorporated significantly in the film, the director of lighting and director used traditional three-point, high-key, and low-key lighting. According to Bill Goodykoontz & Christopher P. Jacobs (2014), Film From Watching to Seeing, “A high-key lighting design has very bright light over everything, with few shadows and relatively low contrast between the lightest and darkest parts of the scene.” This kind of lighting was used in various office scenes and in the scene above of Chris Gardner (Will Smith) and his son Christopher (Jaden Smith) sleeping in the subway. Although this scene was not one hundred percent happy throughout the entire scene, there were some aspects of high-key lighting.

The script writer done a brilliant job, amazingly formatted, the tenderhearted words from a Father to Son, the emotional scenes, the physical affection and heartfelt moments, the way The Dad asked his son to trust him, this thick Father-Son relationship along with the dream of an achievable reality in the movie "Pursuit of Happyness " where Happyness is misspelled with a "Y"in the Film Title is a beautiful well scripted, all Technology used brilliantly giving the general public a sentimental connection to this movie.

Director Gabriele Muccino says of this precious father-son relationship, inspired by a true story, plays like a love story. But this is between a father and son walking together through life. Their relationship is very strong, very powerful, it is the passionate pursuit of the best life possible for his little boy and it is beautifully played by Will Smith and his Son Jaden Smith.

The Pursuit of Happyness is a great movie, the combination, all movie features and the characters played, made the Film more emotional and inspiring . 

During my time at SAE, Sydney  I have gained  thorough knowledge of how to direct, edit, graphics and script writing for a movie  professionally, I have tried to re create  'Pursuit of Happyness '   opening title sequences for my SAE project, which I am adding below  for your referral.
