Academics

After graduation from Chemistry, Botany & Zoology, I pursued MSc in Biochemistry from University of Hyderabad that is one of the top premiere institute in India.

MSc study exposed me with different possible dimension of interdisciplinary biology specially genomics, proteomics, biotechnology, gene technology and biophysics.

After MSc, I was enrolled for MTech-PhD programme in Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur which is well known for its excellence across the world. I pursued my one year MTech project from Dr. Patrick D'Silva Lab, Dept. of Biochemistry, Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore where I worked on Tom-Tim protein channel mechanism in Saccharomyces cerevisiae.

I joined Dr. Dhirendra Katti Lab, Dept. of Bioscience and Bioengineering (BSBE), IIT Kanpur as a research associate and worked on nanoparticle role in bioimaging of living tissue. Due to some reason, I discontinued this work and joined Dept. of Bioscience and Bioengineering, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati as a research scholar where I worked on protein aggregation and role in neurodegenerative disease like Alzheimer, Parkinson etc.

In Dec 2019, I joined Dept, of Higher Education Madhya Pradesh as an assistant professor in botany subject and still working here with my best efforts.

During academic journey, I have successfully qualified various national level competitive exam with different all india rank (AIR).

• Qualified MPPSC Assistant Professor Examination 2017 with 36 rank conducted by MPPSC, Madhya Pradesh.

• Qualified GATE 2010 with an all India rank (AIR)-49, percentile 99.54 conducted by Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati.

• Qualified GATE 2012 with AIR-76 percentile 99.31 conducted by Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi.

• Qualified CSIR-JRF June, 2011 with AIR-50 conducted by CSIR, Govt. of India.

• Qualified UGC-JRF Dec, 2011 with AIR-71 conducted by CSIR, Govt. of India.

• Qualified CSIR-JRF Dec, 2009 with AIR-100 conducted by CSIR, Govt. of India.

• Qualified CSIR-NET 2 times separately with top-50 rank conducted by CSIR, Govt of India.

• Qualified Joint Admission Test to MSc in Biotechnology (JAM-2008) with AIR-43 conducted by IIT Kanpur.

• Qualified MSc Combined Entrance Exams with AIR-15 conducted by University of Hyderabad.

• Qualified various All India combined Entrance MSc Exams like BHU, JIPMER, MKU, Jamia.
