Room Transfer Procedures:

1. Visit the Accommodation Office after receiving the room offer and complete the Room Transfer Form (Student ID required).

2. Clean your previous room and remove all belongings, including the provided bedding set.

3. Return the previous room key within 3 working days.

4. Receive, review, and digitally sign the lease agreement via your student email, then receive Wi-Fi instructions via your personal email.

Important: Please clean your previous room before transferring. A cleaning fee may apply if the room is not properly cleaned.
