The Student Accommodation Waiting List Workflow
Room Transfer Procedure:
1. Clean the room before vacating.
2. Record a video showing:
Overall room condition
No personal belongings remaining
3. Send the video to accommodation@ait.ac.th.
4. Sign the Digital Lease Agreement and receive the Wi-Fi password via personal email (within office hours).
Failure to clean the room will result in a cleaning fee.
