These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the OmniLearn mobile application (“App”), developed by The Winner Birds.
IMPORTANT:
If these Terms conflict with Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”), the Apple Standard EULA shall prevail.

OmniLearn is an AI-powered educational application designed to help users identify and learn about objects, plants, animals, food, landmarks, and similar items using image-based analysis and AI-generated insights.
OmniLearn offers auto-renewable subscriptions, including:
Weekly Plan: $5.99 per week (3-day free trial, where available)
Yearly Plan: $39.99 per year
Prices may vary by region and currency.
If a free trial is offered and not canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Charges are applied to your Apple ID account.
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
All purchases are handled by Apple.
Refund requests must be submitted through Apple in accordance with Apple’s refund policies.
The Winner Birds does not process refunds directly.
Users must be 4 years or older
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to bypass security, share subscriptions, or engage in unlawful activity
OmniLearn does not require user registration.
We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information.
Images submitted are processed temporarily for identification purposes and are not stored by us.
The App uses third-party AI services solely to generate identification results.
These services process images transiently and are governed by their own privacy policies.

OmniLearn provides educational information only and does not provide medical, legal, or professional advice.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property belong to The Winner Birds or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the App.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Winner Birds shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it and canceling subscriptions via the App Store.
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
The App relies on third-party services for AI processing.
We are not responsible for third-party service availability or accuracy.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws subject to Apple’s Standard EULA and applicable consumer protection laws.
Disputes related solely to the App may be resolved informally by contacting us first.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights provided under Apple’s Standard EULA.
