Letters of Recommendation

Students who require letters of recommendations from counselors are required to fill out this form and submit a resume. You'll see that this one is more focused on a holistic letter of recommendation as opposed to the teacher one, which is more specific to the classroom. You can find a sample of this here.

Students requesting a letter of recommendation from teachers are required to complete and submit this form. Students have also been informed that teachers may deny their request for any of the following reasons:

• Students have not completed the required paperwork i.e. form

• The teacher does not feel that they cannot write a strong enough recommendation

• The teacher has an abnormally large number of recommendation requests

• The request was not made an appropriate amount of time before it was due (you should be asking at least a month in advance)
