EXAM SCHEDULE
EXAM DAY LOGISTICS
Morning Exams:
Report Time: 8:00am
Report directly to 4th floor Conference Room
Afternoon Exams:
Report Time: 12:00
Students must pre-arrange their own transportation home for all exams.
See schedule above for anticipated end times for regular time exams. End times for afternoon tests are unpredictable, will likely be later than what is above.
Two exams in a day:
You will need to bring a bag lunch. You will the opportunity to eat between your exams. You might also consider bringing a "snack lunch" that you can space out and eat during the exam breaks and the break between tests.
All Exams:
Please be ready to go when you arrive! Pencils sharpened, stopped at the restroom, etc. Check the list of what to bring/not bring below. We will begin promptly!
Students cannot be dismissed early. All test takers must remain until all tests are collected and counted.
Students should bring with them only what is necessary for exams. In most testing rooms, we have very little extra space for student belongings.
Students do not need to attend classes on day in which they have exams.
What to Bring:
Several sharpened No. 2 Pencils with erasers (not mechanical pencils)
Pens (dark blue or black ink only)
Calculator (Biology, Calculus, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Economics, and Statistics only) - be sure yours meets the requirements. No calculators will be provided. Check requirements here.
A watch (not a smartwatch) so you can monitor time
Other necessary items: inhaler, tissues, period products (keep these on your person or in a small bag (e.g. pencil case) that you keep with you. You won't have access to your backpack during the test.
Water/small snack. You can only access these during your break.
Bagged lunch - if you have two exams in the same day
What NOT to Bring:
Backpack/Large Bag - if at all avoidable.
Test Prep Books/Class Notes/Textbooks/etc - These can not enter the test room at all. Leave them home.
Cell Phones/Smartwatches - Any cell phones, etc. that make it to the testing room will be turned off and left in your backpacks.
Mechanical Pencils
Anything that makes noise
Anything that covers your head (hoodie, hat)
PHONE POLICY
Cell phones will be prohibited in the testing rooms. Students are encouraged not to bring cell phones at all; however, if you must bring one to testing, it must be turned completely off (not just on silent) and will be left in your backpack. You will not be allowed to use your phone until testing is over, all exams have been collected and you have been dismissed from the testing room. A student observed with their phones during testing or breaks may be dismissed from the exam, the device may be confiscated, the student’s score may be cancelled and no retesting will be permitted.
CHINESE LANGUAGE AND CULTURE
Your test will be done on the computer. You won't need to bring anything else.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The College Board requires that all students accept the terms and conditions. You will be asked for confirmation of your agreement to these terms as part of your test on exam day.
SENDING SCORES TO COLLEGES
Beginning on April 11, the AP Classroom will prompt you to select where to send your scores. You can bypass that prompt by clicking the link "I don't want to send my scores".
Seniors should send their official scores to the college they will attend. This will send all exam scores for all AP exams you ever took. The deadline to make this request is June 20 for 2024 Exams.

Click on My AP Profile in the blue section, towards the right
Click on Score Send
Indicate to what college you would like your scores to be sent.
Be sure to Save!
Sophomores and Juniors should avoid sending their scores at this time. You will report unofficial scores on college applications, and send your official scores at the end of your senior year.
SCORE RELEASE
Scores will be available in July 2024. Scores are released online.
