Air India's Flight Logs are filled in via a Google Form. However, to actually be acknowledged for these logs, you must be a member of the Air India Discord and a recruited pilot.

The format we've assigned is:-
Roblox Username
Discord Username
Departure Airport
Arrival Airport
Distance
Time Taken
Evidence via screenshot (must include the plane, the heading indicator alongside the amount of minutes and nautical miles covered)
What are the ranks?
What are the ranks?
The ranks (from highest to lowest) are:-
Senior Pilot (Requires 24 Hours of registered flight time)
Distinguished Pilot (Requires 18 Hours of registered flight time)
Experienced Pilot (Requires 12 Hours of registered flight time)
Intermediate Pilot (Requires 6 Hours of registered flight time)
Junior Pilot (Default Role)
How Much am I paid?

Here is how much you will be paid based on your rank:-
Senior Pilot:- 450 WP per Nautical Mile
Distinguished Pilot:- 350 WP per Nautical Mile
Experienced Pilot:- 250 WP per Nautical Mile
Intermediate Pilot:- 200 WP per Nautical Mile
Junior Pilot:- 150 WP per Nautical Mile

Management and/or salary payers will ping you on the discord server regarding when they are available for pay outs, sharing details such as server ID and the time we are available for. If you are in a different time zone, we shall try to find a salary payer that can meet your demands.
