No. If you wish to be a pilot for Air India, you will have to resign from your previous airline in order to work here. You are free to stay in our server, and you can always change your mind on working for Air India. Thank you for respecting that decision.

We allow people to apply as recruiters via Google Forms. If you so wish to, you may do the same for others in your time zone if we are not readily available to assist you. You can still fly and get paid as a pilot even though you are a recruiter, however, you will be obligated to respond to any pings that come your way when working as a recruiter.
