Careers at Air Greenland offer exciting opportunities for both new and experienced pilots in Aeronautica. Through our Kalaallit Cadet Program, newcomers receive free training and aircraft such as the Twin Otter, while experienced pilots benefit from competitive pay, earning double WP per flight with a weekly cap of 300k WP. Advancement unlocks even greater rewards: at Engineer (10 flights), a Dash 8 Q100 and earn 5K WP; at First Officer (30 flights), access an A330-800NEO or B757-200 with 10K WP; and at Captain (50 flights), select any aircraft from our fleet and receive 15K WP.
