Air Austral Cadet

You are only allowed to operate short domestic flights within La Réunion.

You may apply for promotion once you have accumulated 10 flight hours and completed no less than 5 flights.

Second Officer

 You can operate short-haul flights between La Réunion and nearby Indian Ocean islands.

You may apply for promotion once you have accumulated 30 flight hours and completed no less than 15 flights.

First Officer

 You are authorized to fly all inter-island routes across the Indian Ocean.

You may apply for promotion once you have accumulated 70 flight hours, completed no less than 35 flights, and passed the ATC communication assessment.

 Senior First Officer

 All medium and long-haul routes covering the Indian Ocean, Southern Africa and Southeast Asia will be unlocked.

You may apply for promotion once you have accumulated 150 total flight hours.

Captain

 You hold full clearance for all long-haul routes covering the Indian Ocean, Africa, Asia and Australia.

You may apply for promotion once you have accumulated 300 total flight hours.

Senior Captain

 You gain unrestricted access to the full global route network of our airline.

You may apply for promotion once you have accumulated 900 total flight hours.

Commander

 You are granted full access to every global route operated by our airline.

Promotion requirement: Accumulate a total of 900 flight hours, and you will be awarded the Commander title by Air Australfly.

 Elite Commander

 This tier is invitation-only. It is reserved for pilots who have made remarkable contributions to the operation and community development of Air Australfly, and formal invitations will be sent by the management team.
