Denny's journey with garage doors began in 1984, leading him to establish his own business on November 12, 1987. On September 11, 2001, he expanded operations by relocating to the Air Park and incorporating Air Park Door. His two sons, Drake and Dustin Koger, were just 10 years old when they began accompanying him to work, while his wife Betsy managed the office side of the business. His daughter Darby also dedicated a few years working in the field alongside them. As of January 1, 2024, Denny and Betsy have retired, passing the torch to their middle son Dustin and his wife Heather. The couple, who are raising three active children, is committed to continuing the family's legacy in the business.
