KSBD San Bernardino, CA, USA

Welcome to SoCal! San Bernardino is AAV's main base of operations, and sits right in one of the most fire-prone metro areas in the US. Because the airport serves as a current base for fire operations and features a dedicated USFS/CalFire ramp, it was a natural choice for AAV's HQ. The airport also has one 10,000 foot (3048 m) runway, perfect for our DC-10.

CYXX Abbotsford, BC, Canada

Abbotsford sit just north of the US border in Canada and is also a current base for fire ops. Chosen for it's ability to house our entire fleet easily, this is our most scenic base. You will have access to essentially unlimited training area, along with a variety of specially tailored missions unique to Canada. Abbotsford has two runways, a 9,600 foot (2926 m) and 5,328 foot (1624 m) in length.
