After all the work and expectation were collected. We start with :

2. Space Planning
3. Design Sketch
4. 3D-Drawing

We continue working with the design to get the best suits your need and your budget. We would amend the drawing up to 2 times so that the design would be:

1. What you wanted
2. Suit your budget
2. Effective materials used

Usually at this phase, our client can just sit back and see their dream home becoming reality.
The detail drawings as well as other contract documents will be signed during this phase before the start of onsite works.
