Checkout time: by 12:00 noon (unless otherwise agreed). Please do the following things before you leave – it helps the next guests enormously and helps keep the prices reasonable:

1. Trash
   • Take the garbage out in trash bags to the bin or to the outdoor terrace.
   • Bottles and cans are recycled – it’s best to put them in a separate bag that you can leave in the kitchen.

2. Dishes and kitchen
   • Wash the dishes with dish soap, rinse them, and place them in the drying rack above the sink.
   • Wipe down the countertops and dining table with a damp dishcloth.

3. Beds
   • No need to remake the beds – just remove the sheets.

4. Towels and bed linen
   • Gather all used towels, sheets, pillowcases, etc. into one pile on the floor.

5. Lights, windows and doors
   • Turn off all lights
   • Leave the key in the key box

If anything gets broken or is missing – please let us know right away so there are no surprises during cleaning. Thank you for leaving the apartment in good, clean condition! Have a great trip and welcome back anytime!
