About Aimee

Aimee (she/her) is a member of United States Figure Skating, Learn to Skate USA, USA Hockey, & the Professional Skaters Association. She has been figure skating since the age of three and trained under accomplished PSA-rated coach Julianne Pondelli. Other career highlights include volunteering at the 2016 World Championships in Boston & 2022 Skate America in Norwood, and training with World & Olympic medalist Ashley Wagner. She is currently working to pass Adult Gold Freestyle and Adult Novice Moves in the Field. She is also PSA certified in hockey 1, 2, and 3. 

Aimee holds a Master of Arts in English from Salem State University and is a high school English instructor. She has also been a varsity cheer coach and a class advisor. But, the rink has truly always been her home away from home. Aimee has coached for Learn to Skate programs in Stoneham and Medford since college, and in the summer of 2021 she began coaching on her own. Aimee currently coaches at the Stoneham Arena, Flynn Rink and LoConte Rink in Medford, O'Brien Arena in Woburn, Burbank Ice Arena in Reading, and the Burlington Ice Palace. She is also on staff with Jacqui Vona - Power & Edge.
