Dr Muhammad Roil Bilad

Roil is a Senior Lecturer in Department of Chemical Engineering Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP) since May 2016. Before joining UTP, he worked as scientist at the Centre for Surface Chemistry and Catalysis at KU Leuven Belgium (2012-2013), from where he completed his doctoral degree in bioscience engineering. During his tenure at Masdar Institute of Science and Technology UAE (2013-2015), he developed distillation membrane and advanced membrane modules. Later, he also worked at Singapore Membrane Technology Centre NTU Singapore (2015-2016), where he developed novel forward osmosis module . in YOURS, he aims to establish a strong research group on membrane science and technology. Dr. Muhammad Roil Bilad has 12+ years of research experience on membrane science and technology. He has published over 50 ISI high-impact journal publications, inventor/co-inventor of 3 patents and has delivered 35+ technical talks.

Zulfan Adi Putra, PDEng

Zulfan Adi Putra is a senior lecturer at the Chemical Engineering Department of Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, Malaysia. For almost a decade before being a lecturer, he was a process engineer and a consultant for various chemical companies in The Netherlands such as Trespa International, AkzoNobel, SABIC, Momentive, SC Johnson, DSM, and Hexion. He has been involved in different phases of chemical lifecycle such as research and development, feasibility studies, conceptual design, basic engineering, plant modeling and optimization, troubleshooting, as well as techno-economic analysis. His areas of teaching and current research interests are in process synthesis and design, process modeling and simulation, process optimization, pinch analysis, and process integration. Dr Mohd Dzul Hakim Wirzal

Hakim Wirzal is currently working as a lecturer in Chemical Engineering Department Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, Malaysia since MAY 2016. He obtained his PhD from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Skudai in Science Chemistry (Analytical Chemistry) where he also working as a research office in Centre for Environmental Sustainability and Water Security (IPASA). Dr Nik Abdul Hadi Md Nordin

Dr Nik Abdul Hadi Md Nordin is currently lecturer in Chemical Engineering Department UTP. Previously, he obtain his degree in Chemical Engineering and PhD in Gas Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). After completion his PhD, he briefly served as posdoctoral research fellow in Advanced Membrane Technology Research Centre (AMTEC), UTM, focusing on gas separation membrane and antibacterial membrane development.
