"It really builds trust, being able to watch things unfold during the diagnostic and repair procedure. You are not just dropping your vehicle off and hoping for the best. You truly get an insight of the process and repair with these guys. " - Mary Theising Of Ames Iowa

"We do our best to keep a low overhead, so we can keep the cost down for our customers. Believe me... Don't think that we haven't considered buying a brand-new Chevy Express Van for our work. Maybe one day we will... but in all seriousness... We repair for a living... it would almost be absurd to do such a thing. It would create a larger overhead for ourselves, which directly hits our customers, as price adjustments on services would have to go us and therefore trickle down onto our customers by cause and reaction if we were to do such a thing. Plus, I like our old E250 Vans. They are just fine and can haul a shop worth of tools and supplies with ease. We have portable internet with access to All-Data, AC Delco TDS, Motorcraft Service, And Tech Authority (Chrysler Applications), and laptop stands right inside. " - Jon Hansen - Owner
