We develop advanced electronic devices for emerging applications such as flexible electronics and neuromorphic hardware systems. We are interested in applying solid-state physics, semiconductor physics, and quantum physics to explore and demonstrate next-generation electronic devices. Our research covers a diverse range of materials, including low-dimensional semiconducting materials, organic polymers, and functional oxides, focusing on hybrid heterostructures to unlock novel device functionalities.
