These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the AI Me mobile application (“App”), developed and operated by VoidApps.
IMPORTANT:
If these Terms conflict with Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”), the Apple Standard EULA shall prevail.

AI Me is a minimal, private reflection and journaling application designed to help users slow down, organize their thoughts, and gain clarity through guided, AI-powered reflection.
The App focuses on:
Personal reflection
Thought organization
Perspective-building
Calm and neutral self-expression
AI Me does not provide therapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, or professional advice.
The App is intended solely for general reflection and personal insight in a non-clinical environment.
AI Me offers auto-renewable subscription plans, which may include:
Weekly Plan: $5.99 per week (free trial may be offered where available)
Yearly Plan: $39.99 per year
Prices may vary by region, currency, and App Store policies.
If a free trial is offered and not canceled at least 24 hours before the trial period ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and your Apple ID account will be charged.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Charges are applied to your Apple ID account.
Subscriptions can be managed or canceled at any time through your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
All payments and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple.
Refund requests must be submitted through Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
VoidApps does not process refunds directly.
Users must be 4 years of age or older
You agree not to:
Misuse the App
Attempt to bypass security or payment systems
Share subscriptions unlawfully
Use the App for harmful, deceptive, or illegal activities
AI Me does not require account registration.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information.
User reflections and journal entries are treated as private and are processed only to provide app functionality.
The App uses third-party AI services to generate guided reflection prompts and responses.
Content is processed transiently and governed by the respective third-party privacy policies.

AI Me is intended for general reflection and personal insight only.
The App:
Does not provide therapy or counseling
Does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions
Does not replace professional medical or psychological care
If you are experiencing emotional distress or mental health concerns, please seek assistance from a qualified professional.
All content, designs, software, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with AI Me are owned by VoidApps or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the App for personal use only.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
VoidApps makes no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability for any specific purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoidApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
You may stop using AI Me at any time by deleting the App and canceling subscriptions through the App Store.
VoidApps reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
AI Me relies on third-party services for AI processing and app functionality.
VoidApps is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party services.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws, subject to Apple’s Standard EULA and applicable consumer protection regulations.
Disputes related solely to the App should first be addressed by contacting us directly.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights provided under Apple’s Standard EULA or applicable law.
