Miyuki Kanzaki(美幸神崎), Is a major main character In Aikatsu! Next Melody, she Is a young female student who attends the High School Division, she Is currently the Top Idol and muse of her self made brand Lune Symphonia. Miyuki Is currently 5'8.
Bio
Miyuki Kanzaki Is a young female student who attends Starlight Academy, she Is currently In the High School Division. She Is currently In a Semi-Unit with her best friend Kiari Natsuki, the unit Is named SoLune. In the past she had no Intentions of becoming a Idol until she saw how radiant they are, not there radiance Itself but being able to create new dreams and smiles, alongside the reasoning for being a Idol for Kiari.
She also states the reasoning for most of her coords being blue and not purple Is due to the blue moons shine as that Is what matches her essence the most.
Appearance
Miyuki Is a tall young female student with a pale complexion, and light blue eyes, with long length pastel blonde hair with a darker shade of blonde highlights, she ties her hair up In a side pigtail; Alongside separated bangs, making her forehead shown with braids starting from her ear going slightly above her bangs. Miyuki also wears small sized crystal star earrings that are more noticed In concerts.
Miyuki Is noticed to have a scar on her neck.
Appearances
When Miyuki exercises she wears the default Starlight Academy, her chosen color being blue.
When In disguise she wears her hair In a simple odango hair style, with a black sleeveless shirt underneath the short puffy sleeved blue dress, alongside a simple necklace. Around her waist area Is a oversized ribbon tied onto her dress with a large blue lace.
Her preferred coords Is of Lune Symphonia, Lune Symphonia being her self created brand.
Personality
Miyuki Is seen as a sweet mentor, who you can look up to and go to with advice. Although, Miyuki Is seen to be hard-working, reliable, and sometimes stubborn. She can easily get embarrassed and flustered at times, creating It so she's easy to be teased. Sometimes she's quite shy to go out and be a good figure, as she wonders If she can actually be able to do so but continues to believe and try harder, unlike other Idols Miyuki has to train more to keep her Top Idol occupation, she Is seen training late nights and often not sleeping.
She tries to help everyone In need when they need help, In doing so she Is often late for events and concerts often, also sometimes being late due to never taking a car but walking. Regardless of being the Top Idol, she has quite the childish personality towards desserts and gifts. She lights up quite easily towards gifts and such, It's also been pointed out you can tell how she's feeling due to being so animated.
She easily gets attached to things/people, so when she has to say goodbye she gets quite upset but believes they will meet once again. She Is fully aware of her personality being different from other top Idols, and former Idols but she expresses her personality as she believes there Is no stereotypes for Idols.
Miyuki Is also quite educated but lacks In English quite often, sometimes becoming Insecure over It. Miyuki Is explained with the context of a tender but warm persona, she differs from other Top Idols but continues to work as a mentor everyone can look up to.
Background
As a child, Miyuki barely got to have any memories with her mother Mizuki Kanzaki, as Mizuki was always busy with her work as a Idol; and as the principal leaving Miyuki stranded In a empty Mansion with her abusive father who would beat Miyuki up often, Miyuki hated being lonely but she liked It when her Father left to go out, as then she knew she wouldn't have any more scars on her heart. She was upset due to the scar she got on her neck due to getting beaten up, as she knew she would always be reminded of It.
She usually read books, or played with the animals around her Mansion as she lived In a forest. One day, when making flower crowns for the Animals, a girl ran to the Mansion, Miyuki soon noticing her and getting flustered, realizing there were people chasing after her Miyuki ran Into the Mansion and Kiari ran towards her, Miyuki soon letting her In and locking the door.
Miyuki was confused, and wondered how Kiari stumbled across the Mansion. Both of them asked questions, and got to know each other quite well. Kiari realizing Miyuki didn't know of the outside world that well, taking her out to the arcade, and sweet shops teaching her about the world and having fun with simple parkour which Miyuki lacked In.
Both Kiari and Miyuki grew closer, now being best friends Miyuki started secretly going out to the arcades and sweet shops everyday with Kiari, until one day coming late and her Father realizing she's been sneaking out. Her Father wanted to get rid of her, so he did something unimaginable, he got a knife and a glass bottle.
The frightened Miyuki wanted to run, but was unable due to fear; When her father was about to hit Miyuki, Kiari got In the way getting wounded as her Father got shocked and ran for It. Miyuki soon saying something that everyone was unable to hear, she rushed Kiari to the hospital regardless of standing on glass on the way.
When Miyuki reached the Hospital, the doctors told her Kiari was fine, but tried to tell her something but she ran towards Kiari's door. Soon opening It and hugging the confused Kiari. With the words of 'Who are you?' coming out of Kiari, Miyuki soon realized she has forgotten her. Miyuki telling her a lie and walking out, promising herself she will become a strong Idol and one day meet Kiari once again.
Relationships
Kiari Natsuki - Both are best friends, and It Is hinted they have romantic feelings for each other but It hasn't been verified. Kiari Is a fellow member of SoLune.
Chiyo - Chiyo Is one of Miyuki's best friends, Miyuki usually gives advice to Chiyo and earns advice back. Regardless of some of Chiyo's flaws, Miyuki loves her as a friend.
Ichika Hoshimiya - Both Miyuki and Ichika have a sister relationship, Miyuki becomes quite happy when Ichika calls her onee-chan In private, but also very happy when she accidentally blurts It out In public. Miyuki supports Ichika's dreams, and usually gives her advice. Also saying that both of them are also rivals.
Etymology
Kanzaki (神崎), Kan(神) literally translating to god, whilst Zaki(崎) means "promontory".
Miyuki(美幸) means ''Beautiful Fortune'' or ''Beautiful Happiness'', a reference to her phrase ''Beautiful Fortune!''
