These terms and conditions apply to the HairStyle app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by AppMerge (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Freemium service.
By downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.
Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application or any part of it, including our trademarks, is strictly prohibited.
Any attempts to extract the source code, translate the Application, or create derivative versions are not permitted.
All related intellectual property rights remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider may modify the Application at any time to improve functionality or user experience.
The Service Provider reserves the right to charge for services, with clear notice provided to users.
It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application.
Jailbreaking or rooting your device may compromise security and functionality, and is strongly discouraged.
The Application may include third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:
Google Analytics for Firebase
Firebase Crashlytics
RevenueCat
Some functions require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
The Service Provider is not responsible if the app does not work properly due to lack of internet access or mobile data.
If you are not the bill payer for the device, you confirm that you have permission to use the Application.
You are responsible for keeping your device charged.
The Service Provider is not liable for losses due to the Application being unavailable because of a dead battery.
While the Application aims to be accurate and up-to-date, reliance on third-party data may result in inaccuracies. The Service Provider is not liable for such cases.
The Application may be updated at any time.
System requirements may change, and you may need to install updates to continue use.
Updates may not always be compatible with your device or OS version.
Upon termination:
(a) The rights and licenses granted to you will end;
(b) You must delete the Application from your device.
The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any changes.
