AI for Everyday — Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of AI for Everyday ("the app"), published by Rehman Ullah ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
1. The Service
The app provides AI-powered helpers that answer questions, write text, explain topics, suggest recipes from photos, help diagnose everyday problems, compare options, assess purchases and plan your day. Answers are generated automatically by AI.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the app. If you are under the age of majority, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
3. Credits
Each AI answer uses credits. A text answer uses 1 credit. An answer that includes a photo, and every Decide for Me or Shop Smarter answer, uses 15 credits.
New users receive free welcome credits once per device.
If an answer fails, the credits for it are returned automatically.
Credits have no cash value. They cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged, and are not refundable except where required by law.
We may change credit costs or allowances. We will show the current cost in the app before you send a request.
4. Premium Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions (weekly or monthly) include a set number of credits for each billing period. Unused subscription credits do not carry over to the next period and end when the subscription ends.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
If a free trial is offered, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
5. Your Content
You keep ownership of the questions, text and photos you submit, and of the answers you receive. You give us permission to process your content only to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to submit any content, including photos of other people or their property.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the app to:
break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
create harmful, abusive, hateful or sexually explicit content involving minors;
attempt to harm others, including through dangerous instructions;
reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the service or its credit system;
misuse free credits or bypass usage limits.
We may restrict or suspend access if these rules are broken.
7. AI Answers and Disclaimers
AI answers may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. They are for general information only and are not professional advice.
Don't rely on the app for medical, legal, financial, electrical, structural, gas or other safety-critical decisions.
Repair suggestions in Fix & Explain may be unsafe for you to carry out. When in doubt, contact a qualified professional.
Product and price information in Shop Smarter and Decide for Me may not be accurate or current.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Availability
We work to keep the app available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change or be discontinued.
9. Termination
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers and limitation of liability) continue to apply.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on AI answers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 3 months before the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for claims arising from your misuse of the app or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Apple App Store Terms
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any. Apple has no other warranty obligation to the extent permitted by law. Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Pakistan. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
