Step 1: Meet our trained counselors

Step 4: Receive an Offer Letter

Finalize your study options regarding to course and university carefully. We may submit you admission applications to multiple universities to increase more chances for your admission. Application fee is waived to us for some of the universities we represent. You can submit proof of your English language ability like IELTS/TOEFL later and can start process without it. Ask us for exemption chances of English proficiency tests too. After submission of application we will keep tracking the applications status by keeping in contact with the institution on your behalf and will regularly update you.

Step 5: Undertake Medical and PCC

After receiving your offer letter from an institution, you will need to undertake a medical examination by one of the doctors approved by the New Zealand Government. A list of the approved panel doctors can be found by visiting:

www.immigration.govt.nz/paneldoctors At the same time you need to arrange for your Police Clearance Certificate.

Step 6: Organize Funds

For study visa you are required to show sufficient balance in your or sponsor bank account to cover your study and living expense. Please consult us for more accurate advise and required amount of funds, sponsor and supporting documents.

Step 7: Visa lodgment

You will provide all documents outlined in the checklist given to you earlier. Just like your admission application, Times Consultant will keep you updated with any information embassy required regarding your visa application as we will be in contact with the visa office on your behalf. You are also required to provide bio-metric at nearest Gerry’s Visa Center.

Step 8: Approval in Principal

After lodgement of your visa applications, and once we have advised you that you have received “Approval in Principal” of your visa from the New Zealand Government. This is a positive response and it means you can also start planning your travel and accommodation for New Zealand!

Step 9: Pay Tuition fee

Now you will need to pay your course fee of normally first year. To accept your offer from an education provider, you may be asked to pay first semester fee and some deposit to confirm your study place. Most reliable payment method is paying through either Telegraphic Transfer (TT) but it can also be paid through Direct Debit (DD). Fee is paid directly to the university. Remember few universities & colleges charge some deposits before applying for visa.

Step 10: Visa Decision

We will immediately inform you upon knowing outcome of your visa application so you can come in to collect your visa stamped.
