Coming off of my last year at the ACC culinary program, I have looked past on all the past adventures and trials that I went through to get to where I am today, and all I have to say is... wow. To go from someone who barely thought of cooking as a real hobby, to someone who is starting their career in the Culinary Arts. It has been such a wild ride and my time in the ACC Culinary Program will be an experience I will never forget, the friends I have made, the things I have learned, and the memories I made will stick with me for a lifetime.
