These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AI CleanLogic (“AI CleanLogic,” “the App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), provided by Kalestial Teknoloji Limited Şirketi.
By downloading, accessing, or using AI CleanLogic, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
AI CleanLogic provides tools designed to help users organize and manage supported content on their device. Depending on the version of the App and the permissions you grant, features may include:
Detecting similar or duplicate photos
Detecting similar or duplicate videos
Identifying screenshots and other media
Reviewing and deleting selected photos and videos
Identifying duplicate contacts
Reviewing and merging duplicate contacts
Estimating potential storage savings
Providing premium features through an optional subscription
Providing optional AI Assistant guidance about using the App and its features
Certain features may require access to your Photo Library, Contacts, or other system permissions.
AI CleanLogic only accesses supported device content after you grant the required permissions.
You remain in control of the content you choose to review, merge, modify, or delete. The App does not intentionally delete photos, videos, contacts, or other supported content without a user-initiated action or confirmation.
You may revoke permissions at any time through your device settings. Revoking a permission may prevent some App features from functioning correctly.
Photo, video, and contact analysis used for AI CleanLogic’s cleanup and duplicate-detection features is performed locally on your device.
Your personal photos, videos, and contacts are not uploaded to our servers for these cleanup and similarity-analysis features.

AI Assistant is an optional feature that provides automated guidance about using AI CleanLogic. In the current version, sending messages and retrying failed requests do not require a PRO subscription.
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You should review responses before relying on them, particularly before deciding to delete media or merge contacts. AI Assistant responses are provided as guidance and do not guarantee accuracy or a particular result.
AI Assistant does not itself inspect your Photo Library, address book, or device storage, delete media, merge contacts, or complete purchases. These actions remain separate App functions under your control and are subject to the applicable permissions, confirmations, and subscription requirements.
When you send a message, the text you submit is transmitted through our backend hosted on Cloudflare to OpenAI to generate a response. Retrying a failed request sends the associated message again.
AI Assistant does not automatically transmit your photos, videos, contacts, media identifiers, storage information, subscription information, or full conversation history. Information you manually include in a message is part of the text transmitted to these service providers.
Please do not submit passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information, or another person’s private information.

AI Assistant requires an internet connection. Availability may be affected by service interruptions, technical errors, or request limits used to protect the service. You can use other available App features without sending AI Assistant messages.
AI CleanLogic is designed to assist you in identifying content that may be similar, duplicated, unnecessary, or suitable for merging. Automated detection may not always be perfect.
Before confirming any deletion or contact merge, you are responsible for reviewing the selected content. We recommend maintaining appropriate backups of important photos, videos, contacts, and other information.
Content deleted through Apple system APIs may be subject to Apple’s own recovery mechanisms, such as the Recently Deleted album, where applicable. However, we do not guarantee that deleted or modified content can always be restored.
AI CleanLogic offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock access to the App's premium cleanup features during the active subscription period.
An active PRO subscription provides access to the following premium features:
Photo Cleanup: Detect and review similar or duplicate photos and screenshots, and remove selected items to help free up storage space.
Video Cleanup: Identify and review duplicate or unnecessary videos and remove selected items.
Contact Cleanup: Detect duplicate contacts and review, merge, or remove selected entries.
Premium Cleanup Access: Use the premium cleanup features without the restrictions applicable to the free version, subject to any limits clearly disclosed in the App.
The App does not guarantee a specific amount of storage savings. Cleanup results depend on the content available on your device and the permissions you grant. AI CleanLogic does not provide additional iCloud storage or increase your device's physical storage capacity.
The optional AI Assistant is not included as an exclusive PRO benefit in the current version. Sending messages and retrying failed requests do not require a PRO subscription.
AI CleanLogic may offer weekly and annual auto-renewable subscription plans. Both plans provide access to the same PRO features unless a difference is expressly stated in the App.
The applicable subscription price, billing period, introductory offer (if any), and renewal terms are displayed in the App before purchase and confirmed through Apple's purchase interface. Prices may vary depending on your country, region, currency, taxes, and App Store pricing.
Your subscription begins when Apple confirms your purchase. It automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless canceled in accordance with Apple's subscription rules. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Certain users may be eligible for introductory pricing or promotional offers. Eligibility is determined by Apple and may depend on your previous subscription or introductory-offer history.
An introductory offer shown to one user may not be available to another user. The price and offer presented by Apple on the final purchase confirmation screen govern your transaction.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Apple’s subscription rules. Your Apple Account will be charged according to the subscription terms presented by Apple at the time of purchase.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.
Deleting AI CleanLogic from your device does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. AI CleanLogic does not receive or store your full payment card information.
We use RevenueCat to assist with:
Purchase validation
Subscription status
Subscription entitlements
Restore Purchases functionality
If you previously purchased an eligible subscription using the same Apple Account, you may use the Restore Purchases function provided in the App. Restoring purchases does not create a new subscription or charge you again.
Purchases and subscription payments made through the App Store are processed by Apple. Refund eligibility and refund decisions are generally determined by Apple according to its applicable policies.
If you submit a refund request to Apple, Apple may request information relating to the transaction or use of the purchased service where permitted by Apple’s systems and applicable law. Where required, any information provided for refund processing will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App or its services
Circumvent subscription, entitlement, security, or access-control mechanisms
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law
Use the App in a manner that violates the rights of another person or organization
AI CleanLogic, including its software, interface, visual design, branding, graphics, text, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Kalestial Teknoloji Limited Şirketi, except where otherwise stated.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of AI CleanLogic or any related intellectual property to you. You receive only a limited right to use the App in accordance with these Terms and applicable App Store rules.
AI CleanLogic is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Apps made available through the App Store are licensed, not sold.
Your use of AI CleanLogic is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), unless a valid custom EULA applies.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and mandatory terms imposed by Apple or applicable law, those mandatory terms will apply to the extent required.
AI CleanLogic may rely on third-party services necessary for App functionality, including:
Apple App Store: Used for purchases, subscriptions, billing, and payment processing.
RevenueCat: Used for subscription management, purchase validation, and premium entitlement management.
Cloudflare: Used to host and operate the AI Assistant backend, route requests, and support service security and reliability.
OpenAI: Used to process submitted AI Assistant message text and generate responses.
Your interaction with these services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy practices.
We may update, modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features of AI CleanLogic from time to time.
We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available on every device, operating system version, country, or region. Updates may be required to continue using certain features.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI CleanLogic is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
Duplicate or similarity detection will always be completely accurate
The App will identify every unnecessary or duplicate item
All content selected for deletion or merging will be recoverable
The App will operate without interruption or error
Every feature will remain available indefinitely
AI Assistant responses will always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your circumstances
Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in your country or region.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kalestial Teknoloji Limited Şirketi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use AI CleanLogic.
You are responsible for reviewing content before confirming deletion, modification, or merging operations.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
You may stop using AI CleanLogic at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App or certain services where reasonably necessary, including in cases of misuse, fraud, security risks, violation of these Terms, or legal requirements.
Termination of App access does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Subscriptions must be managed through Apple.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to AI CleanLogic, applicable laws, App Store requirements, or our business practices.
When these Terms are updated, the Effective Date at the top of this page will be revised.
Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are subject to applicable laws and mandatory consumer protection rights.
If you reside in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory consumer rights or requires disputes to be handled under the law or courts of your usual place of residence, those rights are not affected by these Terms.
Your use of the App is also subject to any mandatory terms applicable through Apple’s App Store.
