Effective Date: 11 September, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AI CleanLogic (“we,” “our,” or “the App”), provided by Kalestial Teknoloji Limited Şirketi, accesses, processes, and protects information when you use the App.
AI CleanLogic helps users organize and clean up photos, videos, screenshots, and contacts on their device. Cleanup analysis is performed locally. The optional AI Assistant processes messages differently: after your explicit permission, messages you choose to send pass through our Cloudflare-hosted backend to OpenAI to generate responses. We aim to minimize the information processed to provide these features.
With your permission, AI CleanLogic accesses your Photo Library to find similar or duplicate photos and videos, identify screenshots and other media, let you review and delete selected media, and calculate potential storage savings.
Photos and videos used for these cleanup features are processed locally. The App does not upload your Photo Library content to our backend or OpenAI for these features. We do not sell your photos or videos or use them for advertising. Your device's own iCloud synchronization is governed by your Apple and device settings.
With your permission, AI CleanLogic reads contacts to identify duplicate entries and matching information and lets you review, merge, or remove selected duplicates after your confirmation.
Contact-cleaning analysis and merging are performed on your device. The App does not upload your address book to our servers or third-party services. We do not sell, rent, or use your address book for advertising or marketing. Your device's contact-account synchronization is controlled separately by your device and account settings.
Before an AI request is sent, the App explains the data sharing and asks for your permission. After you allow it and send a message, the message text and app language are transmitted to our backend hosted on Cloudflare. The backend shares the message and response-language instructions with OpenAI to generate a response, which is returned to the App.
The integration does not automatically attach:
Your photos, videos, or screenshots.
Your address book or individual contact records.
Media files, filenames, or asset identifiers.
Device storage values or media counts.
Subscription information.
The full conversation history.
If you use Retry, the message associated with the failed request is sent again, only while your permission remains valid. Anything you manually include in a message is part of the text shared with these providers. Please do not include passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information, or another person's private information.
The AI Assistant provides guidance. It does not itself inspect your Photo Library or address book, delete media, merge contacts, or complete purchases.
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to provide. We use them to respond and investigate your issue. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal information or private media.
AI CleanLogic offers optional premium subscriptions through Apple's App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage purchases, subscription status, and premium entitlements. When the App initializes, checks subscription status, or handles purchases and restores, subscription-related information may be processed, including:
Subscription products and purchase or renewal status.
Transaction information and subscription expiration status.
Anonymous or pseudonymous application identifiers.
App and device information needed to operate the subscription service.
We do not receive your full payment card information. Apple processes payments. RevenueCat processes subscription information for purchase validation, entitlement management, and reporting. AI-sharing permission is separate from purchase processing and does not control Apple or RevenueCat subscription services.
The App and its service providers may process technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service, including app and operating-system versions, device type, subscription status, request timestamps, response status, technical errors, IP addresses, and related network metadata.
Cloudflare receives network information when your device connects to the AI backend. Our backend uses a salted hash derived from the connecting IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Cloudflare receives the original IP address; hashing the rate-limit key does not prevent that processing. We do not include your IP address in the request body sent to OpenAI.
Infrastructure may generate operational or security metadata subject to applicable service configuration and retention policies. We do not use this information to sell personal data or create third-party advertising profiles.
We process information to:
Detect similar or duplicate media, identify screenshots, and identify duplicate contacts.
Perform cleanup actions selected and confirmed by you and calculate potential storage savings.
Generate AI Assistant responses after your permission.
Save and apply your AI-sharing preference.
Verify premium subscription status and restore purchases.
Respond to support requests.
Prevent abuse and excessive automated requests.
Maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the App and its services.
We do not sell personal information or use your Photo Library or address book for advertising.
The App accesses your Photo Library and contacts only after you grant the required system permissions. You can change them in your device's Settings under Privacy & Security > Photos or Contacts. Revocation may prevent the associated cleanup features from working.
AI Assistant use is optional. Before sending an AI request, we disclose what information is shared, identify Cloudflare and OpenAI, explain why it is shared, and ask for your permission separately from Photo Library and Contacts permissions.
Choose Allow to permit this sharing, or Not now to decline without sending the message. Other available cleanup features remain accessible, subject to their own permissions and subscription requirements. Choosing Allow does not itself send your draft; tap Send again when you want to submit it.
We save your choice and the disclosure version locally. While the permission remains valid, later messages and retries do not require a new prompt each time. Material changes to the disclosed recipients, data, or purposes require renewed permission.
You can withdraw permission in Settings > AI data sharing > Withdraw permission. This blocks subsequent AI requests and attempts to cancel an in-progress client request. Cancellation cannot recall information a provider has already received. To use the AI Assistant again, you must grant permission again.
Changing Photo Library or Contacts permissions is separate from AI-sharing permission. None of these changes automatically deletes information already processed by providers. Contact us to make a privacy request.
The App does not delete photos, videos, or contacts without a user-initiated action or confirmation.
Cleanup analysis is local. The App may store local analysis results, media-size information, and temporary files for performance and previews. It also stores the AI permission choice, disclosure version, and time of the preference update locally; these are not added to AI request bodies.
AI messages are transmitted over HTTPS to the assistant backend and its AI provider. AI processing is separate from local cleanup analysis. We use reasonable safeguards, but no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
AI CleanLogic uses:
Apple App Store: purchases, subscriptions, and payments.
RevenueCat: subscription verification, purchase validation, entitlement management, and reporting.
Cloudflare: hosting the AI backend, routing requests, and supporting service security and reliability.
OpenAI: processing submitted message text and generating AI responses.
We require third-party providers processing personal data on our behalf to provide the same or greater protection as described in this policy through applicable contractual data-protection obligations and appropriate technical and organizational safeguards. These include confidentiality, access restrictions, and security measures for the data they process. Our responsibilities are not replaced by linking to a provider's policies.
Providers may process information outside your country of residence. Applicable service terms, data-processing arrangements, and legally required transfer safeguards govern this processing alongside our responsibilities.
Provider information:
We do not maintain server-side copies of your Photo Library or address book for cleanup analysis. Local caches, temporary files, and AI-sharing preferences may remain until replaced or removed by the App, the operating system, or uninstallation. Device backups are managed separately through your Apple and device settings.
The App keeps the displayed conversation in memory rather than saving a persistent chat history to App storage. Our backend is configured not to write message text into application logs and requests that OpenAI not store generated responses for later retrieval (store: false). These settings do not eliminate all provider processing or retention.
OpenAI may retain prompts and responses in abuse-monitoring logs. Its published default is up to 30 days, with longer retention possible for legal or safety reasons. Additional processing and retention depend on the service, model, and applicable account settings. We do not claim Zero Data Retention. See the API Data Controls linked above.
Cloudflare may retain operational and security metadata under applicable service configuration and retention policies. Closing the chat, withdrawing AI permission, or uninstalling the App does not automatically delete provider-held records.
Apple and RevenueCat may retain subscription information for purchase management, verification, fraud prevention, and legal requirements. Support correspondence is retained as needed to address your request, maintain relevant records, and meet applicable obligations.
AI CleanLogic is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App or AI Assistant, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps.
Depending on your country or region, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can also:
Revoke Photo Library and Contacts permissions in device Settings.
Withdraw AI-sharing permission in the App's Settings > AI data sharing.
Stop submitting AI messages.
Remove local App data by uninstalling the App, subject to separate device-backup settings.
Manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple Account settings.
Contact us about information processed through the App or its providers.
Send privacy requests to hello@kalestial.com. Some requests require coordination with a provider and may be subject to legal retention requirements or technical limitations. Withdrawing permission does not invalidate processing already performed before withdrawal. Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.
We may update this policy when the App, its features, providers, or applicable requirements change. We will revise the Effective Date when publishing an update. Where AI-sharing recipients, data, or purposes materially change, the App will seek renewed permission before sending AI requests under that changed disclosure.
