Since Spring of 2008, the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) at UC Irvine has grown and thrived for excellence by providing future engineers with the resources and support so that they can succeed academically and advance professionally. In addition to our social and professional events, the UCI AIChE student chapter has implemented many programs that seek to make our students more competitive. These programs include the Undergraduate Student Mentoring Program, the ChemE Peer Tutoring Program, and the Chem-E-Car Project.
