AIChE Mid-Atlantic Regional Conference 2024
This year's conference was held at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC).
Our Accomplishments:
ChemE Car won 2nd place in the ChemE Car poster competition
ChemE Jeopardy made it to the semi-finals
2 of our ChemE Sports teams won 1st and 2nd place
All 3 of our ChemE Sports teams were tied for Spring 2024 "Safety Sorcerer" award
AIChE National Conference 2023
This year's conference was held at the Hyatt Regency Orlando, Orlando, FL.

Jae-Won Bryan Seo (senior) placed 1st in the undergraduate poster competition under Materials Engineering and Sciences Category Division II

AIChE National Conference 2021
The AIChE National Conference is an annual conference held by AIChE in the fall and hosts various career workshops, social events, and the regional qualifying rounds for competitions such as ChemE Car, ChemE Sports, and ChemE Jeopardy. Student engineers from different regions gather with industry professionals and AIChE leaders to celebrate the Chemical Engineering profession. This year's conference was held virtually and in person by the Hynes Convention Center, Sheraton Boston and Marriott Boston Copley Place.

Joshua Heuvel-Howitz (junior) placed 2nd in the undergraduate poster competition under the General Engineering and Engineering Education category
AIChE Mid-Atlantic Regional Conference 2021
The AIChE Mid-Atlantic Regional Conference is an annual conference held by AIChE in the spring and hosts various career workshops, social events, and the regional qualifying rounds for competitions such as ChemE Car, ChemE Sports and ChemE Jeopardy. Student engineers from within the region gather with industry professionals and AIChE leaders to celebrate the Chemical Engineering profession. This year's conference was held virtually by the University of Maryland.
