Registration

You can secure your spot at the AUB SRC by completing the registration steps below.

1. Fill the registration form here with your information.

2. Complete your payment within 5 days of registration to confirm their spot. Failure to do so will result in the automatic cancellation of the registration. Please note that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including no-shows.

Payment can be made through Whish  (Mohamad Al Khansa, +961 76 048 645) or in person. Our team will reach out to you for in-person payments.

3.   After successful payment, an e-ticket with your name will be sent via email. This ticket is required for event access.

Seats are limited, and the registration form will be closed if the maximum capacity is reached. If you have questions regarding the registration process, kindly email us at aiche.aub23@gmail.com.

Important notes

1. Participants attending in person will have their names registered at a designated AUB gate for campus access. Please note that only registered individuals will be allowed entry—additional guests or +1s will not be permitted on campus, unless invited by our team.

2. Participants traveling to Lebanon from abroad are responsible for covering their own expenses, including flights, visas, and accommodation.  Here are suggested hotels around AUB:
   - Golden Tulip Serenada – Hamra ($60–$75/night)
   - WH Hotel – Hamra ($50–$65/night)
   - Napoleon Hotel – Hamra ($40–$55/night)
