You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use.
You are responsible for your use of the App and for any content or information you submit through the App.
You agree not to use the App:
For any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose;

To submit content that violates applicable laws or the rights of others;
To interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the App;

To use automated systems, bots, scraping, or data-mining techniques without our authorization;
To copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App without authorization; or
To circumvent security or access-control measures.
You are solely responsible for content that you enter, upload, submit, or otherwise provide through the App (“User Content”).
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit User Content and that your User Content does not violate applicable laws or the rights of any third party.
You should not submit confidential, sensitive, or personal information to an AI feature unless you are comfortable with that information being processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not claim ownership of your User Content. However, you grant us the limited rights necessary to process and transmit your User Content solely to provide the features and services you request.
The App provides AI-powered features using third-party artificial intelligence services.
When you use an AI feature, the text or other content you submit may be transmitted to OpenAI through the OpenAI API for processing and generation of an AI response.
Before applicable User Content is transmitted to OpenAI, the App provides an in-app disclosure explaining:
What information will be transmitted;
That the information will be sent to OpenAI;
The purpose of the transmission; and
Applicable data handling information.
You must affirmatively agree to the applicable data processing before using the AI feature that transmits your information to OpenAI.

AI-generated responses are provided for informational and general assistance purposes.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and independently verifying AI-generated information before relying on it.
The App does not guarantee that AI-generated responses will be accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for a particular purpose.
You should not rely on AI-generated content as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
The App may use third-party services to provide certain functionality.
These services may include:
OpenAI — AI processing and generation of responses through the OpenAI API.
Apple services, including iCloud — applicable synchronization or storage functionality.
Your use of features involving third-party services may also be subject to the applicable terms and policies of those providers.

By using the App, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, after you provide the required in-app consent.

If you purchase the App or any in-app purchase through Apple's App Store, the purchase and payment are processed by Apple.
We do not directly process your App Store payment information.
Refund requests for App Store purchases should be submitted to Apple in accordance with Apple's applicable refund policies.
For subscriptions, you are responsible for managing cancellation through your Apple account and App Store subscription settings. Cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not automatically provide a refund for the current billing period unless Apple determines otherwise.
The App, including its software, design, user interface, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and other materials provided by us, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms of Use or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App or its proprietary materials.
You retain ownership of User Content that you submit, subject to the limited rights described in these Terms.
If you voluntarily provide suggestions, comments, recommendations, or other feedback about the App, you grant us permission to use that feedback to improve the App without obligation to compensate you.
We will not treat ordinary feedback as confidential unless we expressly agree otherwise.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict access to any part of the App or its features at any time.
AI features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, service limitations, or issues affecting third-party service providers.
We do not guarantee that the App or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms of Use, applicable laws, or our policies, or if necessary to protect the App, our users, or third parties.
You may stop using the App at any time.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property rights, limitations of liability, and applicable legal provisions, will continue to apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App and its features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no warranties that the App or its AI-generated content will be accurate, reliable, complete, secure, uninterrupted, or suitable for your particular needs.
You use the App and AI-generated content at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App, including reliance on AI-generated content.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
